We pick our early season Gravensteins in early February then, over the following months, we pick varieties including: Royal Gala, Fuji, Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Braeburn, Kidd’s Orange Red. We’ve planted many heirloom varieties which will be available in the next couple of years
